You acknowledge and accept that TELUS is not responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance or support of devices or software that are yours or that are used by you, including, but not exclusively, all devices or software used in connection with the Services. If you charge your TELUS account for a third-party purchase (z.B. an app or additional service), you allow TELUS to rely on the information we receive from the third party to bill your TELUS account or claim refund credits. If you want to stop making recurring third-party payments to your TELUS account, you must do so via this third party. TELUS may be able to help pay if you send us a copy of the written request to the third party. During your temporary agreement, our current published rates apply to your TV service and we will notify you at least 30 days in advance of price changes. The fee is $50 for all reconnected Mascon Home services. All TELUS services, including TV, Internet and Home Phone, are available for a month-to-month contract. 34. For the duration of the agreement, TELUS will provide local assistance (including TELUS choice, repair or replacement of defective devices in equipment or processing) for all TELUS-specific devices.
